Text messaging program terms

Program description. Sunflower Construction LLC operates a text messaging program that sends information about available homes and listings, responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, and review requests following completed work.

How to join. You may opt in by:

Texting HOMES to 770-809-3886
Scanning a QR code on one of our yard signs or printed materials, which opens a pre-filled message you choose to send
Submitting a form on our website that includes your phone number
Giving us your phone number by phone, email, or in person and asking us to text you
Calling our business line, which may generate an automated text reply if we cannot answer

Consent. By opting in you agree to receive automated text messages from Sunflower Construction LLC at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any service. You do not have to agree to texts to buy a home from us or hire us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the stage of your project.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Sunflower Construction LLC does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling 770-809-3886.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at [email protected] or 770-809-3886.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Supported devices. Messaging requires a mobile device capable of receiving SMS text messages. Not all carriers or devices are supported.

Privacy. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Interfere with or disrupt the website or its security
Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or contact information
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Use the website in a way that violates any law

Information about available homes, floor plans, features, specifications, square footage, lot availability, and pricing is provided for general information and is subject to change without notice. Photographs and renderings may show optional features or upgrades not included in a base price, and may depict a similar home rather than the exact home offered.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell real property. Any sale is governed solely by a signed written purchase agreement. Where information on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Estimates, bids, and proposals

Estimates, bids, and proposals we provide are not binding contracts. Pricing is valid only for the period stated in the document and may change based on material costs, site conditions discovered after inspection, scope changes, or availability. Work begins only after a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Construction services and warranties

We perform work in accordance with applicable building codes and manufacturer installation requirements.

Manufacturer warranties. Products we install carry warranties issued by their manufacturers, not by Sunflower Construction LLC. Manufacturer warranty terms, coverage, duration, and any exclusions are set by the manufacturer and are subject to change by that manufacturer. Where we describe extended coverage available through a manufacturer certification program, that coverage is provided by the manufacturer under its own published terms and requires that the product be installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Workmanship. Our workmanship warranty, if any, is stated in your signed agreement. These website terms do not create or extend any warranty.
